We have just published a
new book about Arctic serpulids. It is based on the same material as our book
of 2014 https://www.researchgate.net/publication/271139119_Calcareous_tubeworms_Serpulidae_Polychaeta_of_the_Arctic_Ocean , but this is not a new edition, but
instead the book has a different concept and target audience. It again includes
a taxonomic to 37 species.
The main differences are:

Taxonomic keys are simple r and are fully illustrated

D escription are strongly reduced, main attention is paid to the characters
that can be seen with a naked eye or with a simple
dissection microscope
*
L ong discussion s about
synonymy are deleted and only very bas ic synonymy is included
*
Il lustration s are presented
by mainly by colour photos and
supplemented by line drawings and S EM micrographs
*
Schem atic maps of specie s distribution in Arctic and adjacent areas are given
*
T able with the stations coordinates is deleted.
Price is 35 US dollars plus postage (depends
on country location).
