Geoff, I think running a permanent fund is a very good suggestion that we can maybe discuss further. It could also be used for other things such as providing travel grants for students and young researchers without financial support wishing to attend the IPC.
I agree with Paulo in that this list (and WoRMS) is a very helpful resource thanks to Geoff and others, and an internal literature depository its also a good idea, although that would probably be useful just for us, and not necessarily people outside the field or the general public.
