Position Announcement

                        PLANT MOLECULAR BIOLOGIST


Appointment:    Assistant Scientist
	12 Month, Tenure Track
	Salary Commensurate with Experience

Qualifications:	Ph.D. in relevant area

Duties:	We are particularly interested in candidates who will develop a
research program that uses molecular or genetic techniques to solve fundamental
problems in plant development.  The successful candidate will be expected to
establish a vigorous, independent research program, and also to collaborate
with Institute and Cornell faculty.  Contributions to academic programs will be
encouraged.
