Agrobacterium mediated transformation of Arabidopsis

I am new to Arabidopsis research and would like some information on 
the state-of-the-art in Agrobacterium mediated transformation.  What
tissues are commonly used and can a whole plant be regenerated from
the transformed tissue?  Any information on this would be appreciated.
