Cell suspension cultures

Dear Networkers, can anyone offer any practical tips on establishing cell suspe
nsion cultures of Arabidopsis - particularly accession RLD? We've seen the publ
ication by Gleddie (Plant Cell Reports 8:1-5 1989) but wondered if there is any
thing which can enhance success.
