Regenerating rots in Arabidopsis shoots

Dear network,

what's the best method for regenerating roots on excised Arabidopsis

shoots? I'm trying to regenerate whole plants from Columbia shoots on

transformed callus. Treatment with 1 mM NAA was not successful for

developing roots-- in my hands.
