DNA extraction

I would add to the list of DNA extraction methods the CTAB extraction, which
uses cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as a detergent.  This method reduces the
problem of contaminating polysaccharides which can render the mini-prep DNA
undigestible by restriction enzymes.  The method is quick, easy and inexpensive.
