35s promoter in Arabidopsis

I am looking for information on the CaMV 35s promoter in Arabidopsis.  Does 
anyone know of a reference for the developmental or tissue specific regulation
of the 35s promoter in Arabidopsis?  Is the 35s promoter constitutive in all 
tissues?  i.e. What should one expect from this promoter in Arabidopsis?
