    See Mattanovich et al (1989) Efficient transformation of Agro. spp. by
electroporation. Nucl. Acids Res. 17, 2717 (? or 3717 or?? sorry, page no. is
largely effaced). I've used procedure just once, but it worked like a charm (I
got cited efficiency of >10(6)/ ug plasmid DNA). Contact me if you have any
