Plasmid Rescue Protocol

For folks interested in cloning T-DNAs back out of Arabidopsis (e.g.
insertional mutant types) we have written a method that works for us.  I
tried to send this several times over the network but our mailer at Penn
State (or the operator) didn't work.  We're trying an alternative way to get
it posted on the network.  A description (with Figures to show expected
bands) will be coming out in Plant Molecular Biology Reporter.  June Medford
