Transformation of Arachis and Vigna ...

    I am trying to help a colleague in India who is to tranfer genes
into Vigna and Arachis. Can anyone give some hints or references?
    The Agrobacterium strain he used would not transform Arachis. On
Vigna, buds did form but never grew into plants.
