Immunoprecipitation of proteins from plant cells

We are interested in doing immunoprecipitations
of metabolically labelled proteins from Arabidopsis 
plants and cultured cells.  Does anyone have advice 
on the best ways to metabolically label plants/cells 
with 35-S, lyse cells, and carry out the immunoprecipitations?
