immunolocalization

Dear Arabidopsis bulletin board readers:
        Does anyone have a good fixative for leaves of Arabidopsis that is
suitable for immunolocalization (i.e. not requiring osmium tetroxide)?  We
are using 2% glutaraldehye and 2% paraformaldehye and embedding in LR
White.  This works great with postfixation in OsO4, but without OsO4 the
tonoplast is not intact.  Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
