I'm looking for some tropic or other hormone phenomenology
related mutants that could be used in teaching undergradatue
plant physiology.
Does anyone have a suggestion for mutants and alleles that have
strong, easily reproducible (not environmentally dependent)
phenotypes?
For example: phototropism or gravitropism mutants to show auxin effects
I'm not sure what all kinds of mutants those of you in this
field have isolated, and which would be the best ones for
use in an undergraduate lab course.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
