chromosome 5 RFLP's

During the course of our physical mapping effort on the top of chromosome 5,
we found that the Meyerowitz RFLP 562 was physcially linked to ASA1.  Both 562 and ASA1 hybridized to several YACs in common, the smallest being 160 kb.  
Since AATDB reports that 562 is approximately 10 cM north of ASA1, we thought 
that the Arabidopsis community should be aware of this result.
