Mike Cherry will handle the address directory

After exchanging mail with Mike Cherry and Chris Somerville, we have
agreed that Mike will assume the responsibility for updating the
Arabidopsis address directory from here on as part of his AAtDB
project.  Please ignore my posting of yesterday evening about a new
survey.
