seed promoters

Dear networkers,
I am interested in finding anything out about seed proteins/transcripts. I 
am especially interested in genes which may be tanscribed and stored in the 
seed before the poduct is translated. One such protein is Carboxypeptidase C, 
however, no sequence for this appears to be in the databases. If anyone has 
this or other sequences that may confer such expression I would be extremely 
interested to hear from you.
