Transformation of WS-O

Hi, all.

I posted a question about transformation of Arabidopsis ecotype WS to the net 
few weeks ago. I did get some very positive responses. Dr. David Patton at 
Du Pont kindly sent his inplanta transformation proecedure. Here are the
