I am interested in doing tissue printing of seedlings for RNA expression analysis of transgenes in several transgenic lines. Does anyone have a good protocol for doing multiple samples? I plan to use labelled cDNA probes. Thanks Dane Fisher dane_fisher at agcs.psu.edu
