A clarification about est_reports:  I had written:

> Further information on specific ESTs can be obtained by sending a email to:

>       retrieve at ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

this is the "standard" GenBank/NCBI retrieval address, if you want
to retieve ESTs, you must send these to:

est_report at ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

and if you send for 'help' to this server, you will get info on how to
format your querry.
