Dear Netter, We try to make NAM medium for screening tms2 gene expression in tobacco. We dissolved NAM in ethanol or DMSO as stocks, but when added into MS medium they will come out as small particles. Can anyone tell us how to make them dissolved in the medium? Thanks, Jychian Chen
