need help about B.napus

Hello,

I'm looking for a single copy gene in Brassica napus. When I try 
Agrobacterium-mediated transformation to B.napus, I used get multiple 
insertion of foreign DNA fragment in the transgenic plants. If there 
is a known single copy gene in B.napus, I would like to use it as a 
reference. Any note about this matter will be greatly appreciated.
