Maybe 20 other people have already mailed you this - oh well, this is the
region around the right border of pTiT37 - and which is also in the pBIN
derivatives. In pBIN19, its followed by the KanR gene, rather than nopaline
synthase gene in pTiT37. You should follow the manipulations outlined in
Mike Bevan's original paper (describing pBIN19) to get the full story, NAR
