Request for info on obscure chlorophyll mutant

Sorry about the original message, the good stuff was not transmitted. 
I am requesting information about an A. thaliana mutant designated 
"403/8" which was originally reported upon in a russian book titled 
"photosynthesis and solar energy utilization'.  This mutant is 
supposed to have 25% increased Chlorophyll and O2 evolution.  If 
anyone knows if this mutant has been preserved and from where I can 
request it, please let me know.
