Dear Networker
I want to identify several plant species to be of Arabidopsis genus or not.
Earlier, Dr. B. Berger said that Arabidopsis thaliana has 'MYROSIN-CELLS' along the vascular bundle. On the other hand, Arabis hirsuta has them in the mesophyll. (Arabidopsis Research,AIS suppl.1:19-25,1965).
Does anyone have a protocol to observe the MYROSIN-CELLS of Arabidopsis genus or Arabis genus.
I should be pleased if anyone would inform me an practical method or a literature.
