Dear Network Is anyone out there working on glutathione biosynthesis and metabolism in Arabidopsis. I am interested in obtaining advice on some methods. In particular the assay of the biosynthetic enzymes and of reduced GSH and oxidised GSSG in both whole tissue extracts and in chloroplasts. Chris Cobbett
