We are interested in doing immunolocalizations and in situ hybridizations
to localize protein and RNA, respectively, in the roots of Arabidopsis.
Does anyone have any advice on the easiest ways to prepare the roots for
these analyses? For example, do hand sections, tissue printing or whole
mounts work? Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions! I will post
a summary of responses.
