i didn't notice the poteintial ambiguity of the first memo.  i intended to
refer to the computer literate group with nothing but respect.  the "not geeks"
comment was kind of a non-sequitre, not intended to exclude any subfraction of
the population.  sorry for any toes that may have been bruised.
