polymorphs between Enkheim and Columbia

Dear Netters,

Have any of you done any mapping with molecular markers using the
Enkheim background (or the CS6 visible marker line from the ABRC, which
has an island of Enkheim DNA surrounding the as mutation on chromosome
2)? It turns out that the SSLP nga168 is not polymorphic between
Enkheim and Columbia. Does anybody know how divergent these lines are
based on any other criteria? (How common are RFLPs between them?)
Thanks in advance for any info.
