protein extraction

Does anyone:

    Have a rapid reproducible procedure for a small scale isolation of total
proteins for use on SDS PAGE?  I have several transgenic lines of which I need
to isolate crude protein and do western blotting to determine the size of
expressed protein, would like to isolate from leaf tissue alone.  Have many
lines and need to identify quickly those having  the appropriate size protein.
