I am looking at cell-specific expression of anthocyanin regulatory genes in
maize leaf cells...and want to figure out how to section tissue (dehydrating
with ethanol series etc) without loss of accummulated anthocyanin pigments.
In other words, does anyone know how I might stabilise the anthocyanin
pigments so that they are not lost during dehydration ?
	Thanks
