psoralen mutagenesis

     Has anyone out there attempted trimethylpsoralen
mutagenesis of Arabidopsis seedlings?  This procedure 
produces a high frequency of reasonably sized deletions 
(ave. 2.2 kb) in  C. elegans.  I thought I'd try it.  Please 
let me know if you've had any experience with this
method.
