I am interested in using the bar gene for selection of transformed Arabidopsis and would like any information concerning the availability of a binary plasmid for performing transformations. Also, if anyone has any unpublished tricks using the gene and BASTA selection, it would be greatly appreciated. Keith Johnson Rice University
