Dear netters:
I am trying to establish a transformation protocol for chinese cabbage. I
have found that kanamycine selection in chinese cabbage is very difficult.
After testing several antibiotics, it appears that streptomycin or
spectinomycin could be the best selection marker for chinese cabbage.
Could someone kindly provide me with a plasmid that contains the aadA gene?
I would greatly appreciate his help.
