I would be grateful if I could get some information about:
A) Dominant male-sterile (single locus) mutation. F1 plants from the cross
between wild type plants and mutational plants are male sterile, and the F2
plants have 1:3(male-sterile) segregation. Is the mutation available in Arabidopsis and tobacco?
B) Inducible promoter. are there any chemical inducible promoter used in plant
Thank you in advance.
