Hi all,
 I am having some problems with the microsatellite primers Nga248 and was
wondering if anyone can help me.  I keep getting a strong primer dimer
doublet rather than specific bands (other than a very small amount of
product just barely visible on the gels). I've tried increasing the DNA
concentration and decreasing the primer concentration, but no luck. Any
other suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?
