in planta transformation

Hi, I'm sorry to post yet another query on this topic, but here 
we go...

1.  Has anyone assessed so-called wide-host range Agrobacterium 
strains such as EHA 101/105 for in planta transf?

2. What level of L-PPT (BASTA) should one use on germinating 
Arabidopsis seeds? Our pat gene is under control of double 35S 
promoter as well as a translatinal enhancer. (I apologize if 
this has been previously answered, I'm relatively new to this 
newsgroup.)
