Dear Netters,

We are trying to do the map-based cloning of SGR1 gene (SHOOT
GRAVITROPISM1, Fukaki et al. Plant Physiol. in press) that is required for
the gravitropic responses in inflorescence stems and hypocotyls. SGR1 locus
is mapped near TT5 locus (within 1cM) at the bottom of chromosome 3.
Does anyone know any RFLP markers (not available from ABRC), CAPS
or SSLP markers (not unpublished) near TT5 locus? Does anyone walk or make
contig around TT5?
Any informations will be highly appreciated.

        Thank you in advance.
