Dear Arabidudes,
I am in the Meeks-Wagner lab working on a mutation that causes
defects in shoot development. I have mapped it to chromosome 1 in the
interval between m213 (108.4) and Lox1 (114.2). I am hoping to find other
people who are mapping
genes or markers in this region of chromosome 1 in order to 1) find more
molecular markers that I can use for refining the map position of this
mutation, and 2) to see if anyone has established YAC contigs in this
region of the genome. If you know of information that could help me,
please reply to "champagne at molbio.uoregon.edu". Thanks in advance for any
help you can offer.

Sincerely,
Michele
