I was wondering if there is a standard enzyme or enzymes that one checks to show that purified mitochondria lack significant cytoplasmic contamination. Naturally, I'd like an enzyme that has a simple assay. Is that too much to ask?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Paul Joyce
