			Crop Genome Analysis Workshop

		       April 17 - 21, 1995

This five day workshop provides a basic overview of crop genome
analysis with particular emphasis placed on genetic mapping,
fingerprinting and marker-assisted selection.  

Speakers will present a series of lectures concerning the latest 
research and techniques used in crop genome analysis.  "Hands-on" 
laboratory sessions provide an introduction to:

				o	RFLP and RAPD mapping techniques
				o	DNA fingerprinting
				o	PCR-based marker-assisted selection
				o	DNA sequencing 
				o	Genome database
