cell suspension culture info needed

Hi Netters, 
I am trying to grow A.thaliana cell suspension cultures usiing MS 
media, 2, 4-D , sucrose and kinetin.  My calli which are grown on the 
same media compositon are doing really well, but the suspension 
cultures are really slow growing.  Can anyone tell me of a good 
media to grow my cell suspension cultures in, or a reference that 
would tell me what to do??
