Request for CAPS Information

Dear Arabidopsis Community:

I would greatly appreciate it if you would send me an up-to-date list of
CAPS markers that you have identified/developed in your lab.  Please send
all relevant information for each marker including, if possible:

sequences of primers
map position
map position on Lister and Dean RI lines
restriction enzyme(s) used for detection
sizes of non-restricted and restricted products
ecotypes tested

I will compile all of the responses into a table and re-distribute them to
everyone.
