I would like to know if anyone who has used the Goodman phage marker m219 in their mapping has found a polymorphism between the Dean recombinant inbred Columbia and Landsberg parents, and if so with what enzyme(s)? I am having a bear of a time mapping this marker. Any advice is greatly appreciated Mike Simonich
