Fred Hempel is innocent!!!

At the risk of continuing this issue to everyone's annoyance, let me
confirm that Fred Hempel did not post ads into the newsgroup.  Please
do not badger him further.  His explanation of the problem was delayed
by a mail queue backlog that is still clearing here.  Last week we
discovered another BIOSCI move-related problem with inverse address
look-ups which was impeding mail distribution from us to some other
sites and are continuing to work with Netcom and InterNIC to resolve
this.
