Hi, I've recently cloned an arabidopsis gene and sequenced it. What I need to do now is to find the promoter, putative TATA boxes etc. Unfortunatly I can't get gcg to do this. Does anyone have any suggestion ( another program maybe, pref. shareware). Any help would be greatly appreciated. KIN
