In planta transformation

Dear Netters,

I am interested in trying the in planta transformation system (vacuum 
infiltration of Agrobacterium into whole plants) that is used for Arabidopsis to
transform other rapid growing, small seeded plants.  Does anyone know who is 
using this technique now or has had success with it?  I would appreciate any 
tips or protocols available.  Has anyone tried this technique with a plant other
than Arabidopsis?  Thanks in advance for your help!
