RNA from seeds

Hello,

We would like to isolate RNA from Arabidopsis seeds/seedlings
collected about 24-48 hours after imbibition. Our usual method for
isolating RNA from Arabidopsis leaves (using trizol reagent from GIBCO-BRL)
is not working for these samples. So, we would greatly appreciate it if
people who have had success in isolating RNA from germinating seeds would
tell us which protocol they used and how well it worked.
        Thanks for your help.
