Lampire offers a wide variety of services for antibody production,
including hens.  They will also purify yolks and/or the IgY for you.
They will FAX you a comprehensive collection of info on their services
if you ask them.  Their rates appear to be extremely competitive (for
rabbits in addition to hens). 

Note: I have no affiliation with this company, I've just been very
impressed with their followup to inquiries (and I do think it's kinda
funny that a company that bleeds animals for a living has a name that
rhymes with vampire 8-).
