nptII identification by PCR

Dear Arabi-netters:

We would like to use a PCR-based method as a diagnostic tool for the presence
of the nptII gene in individual plants. Does anyone know of a primer set(s)
that can amplify ~200 bp fragment of nptII, or any useful references?
